YIELDS2 are classified as Securities under the Corporations Act because they give Investors an equitable interest (a "Beneficial Interest") in a Portion of the Delivery Assets for the duration of the investment. The size of an Investor's Beneficial Interest in a portion of the Delivery Assets will be notified to the Investor on confirmation of their investment. |
