ORBITS offer the following terms for Investors:

• fixed minimum returns of either 4.00% (for the Income ORBITS) or 3.50% (for the International Growth) per annum, provided no Coupon Barrier Event occurs;
• capital guarantee at the Expiry Date or upon the occurrence of a Downside Protection Event or a Coupon Barrier Event;
• potential for additional equity-linked returns;
• downside protection mechanism; and
• investment choice.
