Who issues ORBITS and who is protecting my capital?

ORBITS are issued by Credit Suisse (ABN 17 061 700 712) (AFSL 226896), Sydney Branch. The Issuer currently has a credit rating of A+ by Standard & Poor's. There is no protection outside the Issuer's creditworthiness. Refer to 'Credit rating' page 51 and 'Risks' on page 42 of the PDS.
