What happens if there is a dispute concerning ORBITS?

The Corporations Act requires the Issuer to have procedures in place for dispute resolution. The Issuer's process for dispute resolution is available to Investors free of charge. Investors may make a complaint relating to ORBITS directly to the Issuer in writing. The Issuer will always acknowledge any complaint in writing within 7 Business Days and respond within 14 Business Days upon receipt of the complaint. The Issuer will take all steps necessary to investigate any complaint and seek a resolution. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, Investors may refer their complaint to Financial Industry Complaints Service Limited ("FICS") at: PO Box 579 |
