What coupons are payable?

Income ORBITS pay on each Coupon Payment Date a variable coupon (of at least 3.75% of the Issue Price per annum) calculated by reference to the Quarterly Performances of the relevant Reference Portfolios during the relevant year, provided no Coupon Barrier Event occurs on the annual Coupon Payment Date and no Early Expiry Event occurs prior to the annual Coupon Payment Date. The maximum Quarterly Performance for that Reference Portfolio is capped at the Income Percentage Cap (being a percentage within the range of 2.5% and 7.0% per quarter to be fixed by the Issuer after the Offer Period on the Start Date). International Growth will also pay a fixed coupon of 3.25% of the Issue Price per annum. The maximum Quarterly Performance of the International Growth's Reference Portfolio is capped at the Growth Percentage Cap (being a percentage within the range of 5.0% and 9.0% to be fixed by the Issuer after the Offer Period on the Start Date). |
