This Financial Services Guide (FSG) is provided to you by Investorlink Securities Limited formerly, Capital Guaranteed Investments Limited (Capital Guaranteed Investments, we, our, us) to inform you of the financial services provided by us and to comply with our obligations as the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence.

The purpose of this FSG is to assist you in deciding whether to use our services. It explains the services we offer you, the products those services relate to, how we (and others) are remunerated for those services, our relationship with the ORB products and includes details of our complaints handling procedures.

You will receive a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) from us if we offer to arrange the issue of shares to you in an ORB product. The purpose of the Product Disclosures Statement is to provide you with information regarding the securities offered.

Who are we?

Investorlink Securities Limited holds an Australian Financial Services Licence, Number 226842. We act under our own licence when we provide services to you and we do not act as a representative of any other licensee when providing these services.

Investorlink Securities Limited is the principal distributor of strategic investments designed to diversify traditional investments in stock, property and bond markets. Investorlink Securities Limited was established in January 1994 and has spent considerable time understanding and developing investment solutions for investors. Investorlink Securities executives are committed to a philosophy of exceeding investors' expectations and their level of satisfaction.

What services are we authorised to provide?

Investorlink Securities is authorised to deal in and give general advice on securities (including shares), interests in managed investment schemes (such as investment trusts) and basic and non-basic deposit products for both wholesale and retail clients. We provide general advice and information regarding the ORB products but do not give personal financial advice. Such advice should be provided by your financial adviser.

Fees, charges and expenses

Investorlink Securites does not charge any fees for giving general advice in relation to the ORB products.

A sales fee of up to 3.5% of the subscription monies received is paid to us by the issuer of the ORB products after the close of the relevant issue. We will pass on all, or part of this sales fee to financial advisers who procure subscriptions for securities. An annual fee of up to 1.25% of the net asset value of the ORB products is paid to us by the Issuers for providing services such as sales and marketing for the ORB products. All or part of this fee will be passed on to financial advisers who procure subscriptions for securities.

Our staff are remunerated by a salary; they are also eligible to participate in a profit share scheme which relates to their duties and the overall performance of Investorlink Securities.

Who should I contact if I have a complaint?

Investorlink Securities will make every effort to comply with your requests. In the event that you have a complaint about any aspect of service, you should in the first instance contact your adviser to discuss the complaint.

If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, please put your complaint in writing and send it to: The Compliance Officer, Investorlink Securities Limited, GPO Box 4569, SYDNEY NSW 2001.

In the event that the matter is not subsequently resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Industry Complaints Service Limited (FICS), PO Box 579, Collins Street West, MELBOURNE VIC 8007. You can call FICS on 1300 780 808 or e-mail on fics@fics.asn.au.

The Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC) has a free Infoline on 1300 300 630, which you may use to make a complaint and obtain information about your rights.

How we collect and use your information

At Investorlink Securities, the privacy of your personal information is important to us. Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy details how we comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act in the handling of your personal information. A copy of that policy can be obtained by visiting the Investorlink Securities website at www.cgil.com.au.

How can you give us instructions?

You can give us instructions by mail, e-mail, fax. There may be special instruction arrangements for some products-details of which are explained in the relevant PDS.
